Transfer email from 1&1 PDF Print E-mail

Everyone who is transferring emails should keep their current settings until outlook starts prompting for password.

  1. Go to Tools->Account Settings (or Tools->Accounts depending on your version of outlook).
  2. Once there you want to change your existing account.
  3. Change the incoming and outgoing servers to mail.yourdomain.com (ie. mail.mvmdata.com)
  4. Then change password
