If the person has not rented from you in the past, search for them in prospects, and if not there click "Add New" enter as much information as possible into the visitor form. After you have completed filling out their information and submitted the form they should appear in the search results below. If they are signing a lease then go ahead and create them a new lease by clicking on the new lease button next to their name.
