The page will soon be updated, but the process will stay about the same.

An administrator needs to be logged in, then click on the link "Manage Users" it will then prompt you to Add/Change Role/Reset Password.

To Add: enter in a new username/password for the user.

If the username is in use you will get an error message, change the username and try again.
